My name is Alesah call me Coach Lee. I have over came trauma with abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault even abandonment. Through these experiences I have learned the tools and techniques on how to heal, embrace and love myself. It is my passion to assist others on their journey. I have a degree in psychology. Advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault. I conduct guided meditation, a reiki master, chakra balancing, soft yoga, forgiveness, healing inner child wounds and assist with your spiritual journey. I know my gifts and passion will create shifts in individuals lives.
