Visit www.meetcoach.com and click on “Coaches”. You will be directed to a page listing all Coaches registered with the platform. If you want a categorized view, you may use the filter function on the platform to search for coaches by name, availability, or expertise. You can browse through the list of Coaches to find professionals in your desired field.
When viewing the coach’s card, you will see their availability status. Coaches can set their availability and indicate whether they are currently accepting new clients or not.
You will need to buy Tokens from the “Prices” page to be able to gain credits that can be used for a consultation. MeetCoach provides secure payment processing where you can enter your payment details and the Tokens will be credited to your account once the process has been completed.
If you are already in a consultation, you will need to inform your Coach of the needed rescheduling or if you wish to cancel and cut short your consultation. Consultations are charged per the minute for a rate assigned by the Coach. Only the connected minutes will be charged from your Tokens.
MeetCoach offers a private messaging system that allows you to communicate with your coach before the consultation. Simply go to the “My Messages” page and search for your Coach. Write your message and click “Send”.
Yes, MeetCoach encourages users to provide feedback and rate their coaches. You can do so after the consultation the platform will ask you to leave a review. However, you may also cancel the review input and go back to it later from your Consultation History page.

Of course. You just need to login into your account and on your dashboard you can see delete your account. All your information will be removed from the platform’s records and database.
If you got disconnected during a consultation, you will only be charged of the minutes recorded. Once your connection gets restored, you will need to reconnect with your Coach by clicking your preferred consultation icon to resume your session.
You can register for a Coach Account via the MeetCoach platform. You can find the Coach Registration link at the footer of the platform.
